Shipping within Australia

ClickAir ships from Australia. All prices on our store are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.

• Free standard shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD.
• Standard delivery: 3–7 business days (metro and regional Australia).
• Express delivery: 1–3 business days where available — select at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

International shipping

We ship to selected countries outside Australia. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 pm AEST/AEDT may be processed the next business day.

Delivery issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can help.
